Our trainers take responsibility and are accountable for providing highly trained staff to our operations department.

Are you a humble, stimulating, social person that enjoys following a pre-established program to confidently train others to be their best? If so, this is the opening you’ve been looking for! Our trainers lead all classroom training and then follow up with OTJ training including documentation of progress. They also help to identify and schedule staff that need additional training.

Skills Needed:

Proven ability to teach others by adapting your presentation to the student
Previously completed mover, driver, and packer training agendas
Proven ability to effectively present information in small group situations
Demonstrated ability to perform basic math
Demonstrated listening and communication skills
Stamina to lift heavy item (100 lbs. or more) repeatedly throughout the day
Professional attitude and demeanor
Basic computer/tablet skills
